With nearly 30 years of experience, Dr. Kimberly Paster has helped thousands of women reclaim their confidence and dozens of professionals grow successful businesses—starting behind the chair. An award-winning beauty professional, licensed master cosmetologist, certified hair loss specialist, educator, and mental wellness advocate, Dr. Kim combines clinical insight with hands-on artistry. Her background in psychology and executive salon leadership ignites her mission to empower women through beauty, knowledge, and confidence.
She is the founder of Red Door Salon, a transformative space in Middle Georgia that offers personalized assessments, scalp therapy, customized hair care regimens, and exceptional education.
Through her product line, featuring Complete Serum and Educational Programs, she bridges the gap between science, service, self-care and education.
