Appointment Cancellation Policy
We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations for beauty wellness services with Dr. Kim with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. For certain appointments, a non-refundable deposit is required at booking.
