By visiting our site, making a purchase, or interacting with any part of our online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

Red Door Salon (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates an online store selling beauty, wellness, and haircare products. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product, service, or feature without notice.
3. ELIGIBILITY

5. PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices may change at any time. Payment must be made at the time of purchase using approved methods.
You agree to:

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or misuse.
6. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Processing Times
Orders typically process within 2-4 business days.
Shipping Times
Once shipped, most orders arrive in 3–7 business days (US only).
Carriers may experience delays beyond our control.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
7. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic products:
All sales are final once opened, used, or unsealed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products damaged by the customer
Unopened Items
Unopened products may be returned within 7 days for store credit only.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged:
- Email drkim@reddoorsalonga.com within 48 hours
- Include photos of the damage
We will offer a replacement or store credit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:
- Contact the carrier to file a claim
- Notify us
We will assist where possible but are not responsible for lost/stolen packages.
