REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. All Sales Are Final for Beauty Products
Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care items, all sales are final once the product has been opened, used, or unsealed.
This policy is in place to protect the safety and hygiene of our customers.
2. Returns for Unopened Products
We accept returns only for products that meet all of the following conditions:
- The product is unopened
- The product is unused
- The original seal is intact
- The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is provided
Approved returns receive store credit only, not a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it.
To receive a replacement, email us at drkim@reddoorsalonga.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the packaging
Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue store credit.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with your household members or neighbors
- Verify the shipping address entered during checkout
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Notify us at drkim@reddoorsalonga.com
We will assist where possible, but Red Door Salon is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or mis-delivered due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
We cannot replace or refund orders delivered to an address incorrectly entered by the customer.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges due to the nature of cosmetic products.
7. Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are issued only if:
- The wrong product was shipped due to our error
- The product was damaged and cannot be replaced
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
8. Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Digital products
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Promotional bundles
