SHIPPING POLICY

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or after business hours will begin processing on the next business day.
During sales, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Time
Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on location and carrier volume.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays
- Holiday seasons
- Incorrect address entries
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Product weight
- Destination
- Carrier rates
Rates are displayed before completing your purchase.
We may offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions at our discretion.
4. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays
- Lost packages
- Mis-delivered packages
…when incorrect or incomplete addresses are provided at checkout.
If you enter an incorrect address, please email drkim@reddoorsalonga.com immediately.
Changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has shipped.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package:
- Verify your shipping address
- Check with neighbors, household members, or your leasing office
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark “delivered” early)
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
- Notify us at drkim@reddoorsalonga.com
While we will assist where possible, Red Door Salon is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
7. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Email drkim@reddoorsalonga.com within 48 hours
- Include photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Provide your order number
We will review and arrange a replacement or store credit if damage is verified.
8. International Shipping (Optional for the Future)
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
International shipping may be added in the future.
9. Shipping During Holidays
High-volume seasons (Black Friday, holidays, etc.) may result in extended processing and shipping times.
Please order early to ensure timely delivery.
